Aging Gracefully
Successful aging in late adulthood depends on our ability to navigate our way through consistent changes in our internal and external realities. In this context, I refer to the physiological and psychological changes as well as relational and situational transitions that may occur at this stage of the life cycle.
Aging gracefully coaching is designed to enhance the emotional, mental and physical well-being of senior adults as well as their families at a stage in their life cycle when they may experience many losses and rapid transitions.
Significant loss and rapid unexpected transitions can result in grief and when left unresolved can cause mental illness.
