What is a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach, and how is it different from therapy or counselling?A Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach offers guidance, tools, and support to help individuals improve emotional resilience, navigate life transitions, and create healthier emotional, mental and behavioural patterns. It supports individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally depleted, but are ready to move forward with clarity and purpose. Therapy on the other hand often focuses on clinical assessment, diagnosing and treating mental illness. Coaching is not a substitute for psychological treatment but can be a powerful complement.
