Processing Loss & Grief

Significant loss and unresolved grief can cause depression and anxiety.

Even though we may not know it at the time of grief, a conscious allowing and exploration of this dark experience leads to light on the other side.

By consciously exploring our grief we have the capacity to embrace the experience with strength, courage, and compassion; we have the capacity to live wholeheartedly after loss; if death is imminent, we have the capacity to embrace it and leave this body with grace and dignity; more importantly we have the capacity to experience debilitating loss yet continue to live our lives with meaning and fulfillment.

THE FORMS OF LOSS I CAN HELP YOU PROCESS ARE:

  • Loss of a loved one through death including our beloved pets

  • Loss of well-being and imminent death when diagnosed with a terminal illness

  • Loss of a loved one following a relationship break-up
